I just love it when Keith is home! This week, as opposed to the last few weeks, he has been doing local runs and has been home more than usual (ever second day). He takes great pleasure in cooking up a storm, and I am greeted to a gastronomical delight when I get home from work. It's great to sit at the table, the 3 of us and talk about our work day, the news, share jokes and laugh.

When David & I are home alone, we usually heat up leftovers, or have some pretty boring fare. Sure, we talk about our day and share jokes, but it's not the same, someone is missing...

Tonight, joy! Keith will be home from work in time to whip up his gourmet spaghetti sauce (with stir fry veggies). I am hungry just thinking about it - or maybe I'm really hungry cause it's lunchtime and I didn't bring my lunch so I have to run out and buy a sandwich next door. I guess I'd better get going...
