American Idol

As much as my sister loves to watch "Star Académie" on the French networks, I am totally into America Idol on the English side. Ahh, there's nothing like a relaxing hour (or more like 40 minutes after fast forwarding all the ads) before going to bed, watching American Idol. I rarely have time for TV, but I make time for American Idol and I treat myself to the show after a bit of accounting, a run on the treadmill, shower & pj's. I love to watch stars in the making, and there are always funny moments. It's still too early in the season to name favorites since there are still over 40 contenders after last night's culling - However, there are some that I am sure will do well - if they can make it through tonight's episode. After that, it's up to the public to vote. So far, it looks like it will be an interesting season. This is the only reality show that I watch - it's not that I hate reality shows, it's just that there are only so many hours in the day, and TV is simply not what fills them up for me. But for the next few months - you know where you can find me on Tuesday nights....
