Phew! Just came back from my weekly store run. This is when I travel to and from all 3 stores delivering and exchanging products. What a difference a week makes! This week, the stores were absolutely, marvelously, clean and tidy. This after my comments last week to "clean it up" followed by a MEMO to all 3 stores regarding cleanliness (something about it being akin to godliness - you get the jist). I lost an employee over this, but after seeing the results - wow! I guess sometimes you just have to put your foot down to and stamp it to be heard. Some may not like that and leave, the others listen and do as asked. You couldn't wipe the smile off my face today - no grumpy lady here!
I picked up some nice papers & cardstock to make my dad a card for the upcoming wedding. Can't wait - it will be such a great family reunion!
Today is my sister Jacinthe's birthday. I don't know if she reads my blog, but Jackie - if you do read this - you know already that I love you and wish you nothing but the very best! Happy Birthday, you young thing.....
AI tonight! Who will go? I think it will be DH. I'll be back after the results. Now, I had better go give Keith & David a helping hand with dinner - or I may be left out....
