Home!

Home at last! Our flight was delayed for unknown reasons for 1 1/2 hour, which meant that we missed our connecting flight and had to take one an additional hour later - but we did make it home - tired, but happy. The car in the long term parking was buried under snow and it took a while to clear out, but since we arrived after the storm, the roads were clear and I was home at 1pm on Thursday. Needless to say, I needed a nap in the worst way.

Keith had a beautiful bouquet of roses for me (so sweet!) as a welcome home valentine gift. I absolutely love getting flowers!

Now it's back to work - mountains of it! First - I am compiling a report on what we bought and when it's arriving in the store so the employees will know what to expect. Then - I have to go through the bills and pay them, and then, I have to finalise the financial report for the month of January and finalise the 2007 year end for the accounting firm... Whew - I feel tired already!

My cough came back just as the doctor predicted it would. I never completely went away, but it did improve while I was in California. I have a new prescripton (better living through chemistry) so hopefully this will help.
