Planting season...

Yes! It's that time of the year! When green thumbs start itching to get good and dirty digging in moist black earth, planting flowers, vegetables, and herbs. My sons have tilled a little corner of heaven for me, right next to the side entrance porch, where I plan on planting some tomatoes, parsley, basil, chives and flowers. I also have about 20 flower pots to fill with flowers. The flower pots are distributed around the pool and the property. I only have Saturdays to do this, so I am hoping for a nice day - but unless it is absolutely pouring rain, I will be out there, digging away. In the meantime, I am busy planning in my head the types of flowers and the layout of the garden. I will be sure to include a picture of my little garden once it is planted - or maybe I should do a before & after.... Sounds like a plan, I'll take my camera out tonight and take the before.
