California dreaming....

Today the snow if falling and everything is white and beautiful, and I am sitting at my desk upstairs trying to catch up on some accounting for the stores. Just for fun, I took a picture to show you the view from my office window.... a little grainy because of the screen and the falling snow...but you get the gist. That is our back yard, the little blue cabin is our pool cabin - and the white fence surrounds our pool. My cold is back with vengance - Sore throat, fatigue, cough - I just want the old me back again!

Meanwhile, I have so many things to do and to think of! First the mega crop( pajama party) at the 3 stores happening next weekend. I will be in Laval - should be fun. Then, something I have been looking forward to for a long time --- The Craft & Hobby Association CHA show in Anaheim, California. Five days of sun & warmth!!! Only 21 days until CHA! Of course we spend most of the time running around - we have about 10 days worth of apointments with suppliers crammed in 5 days, but we really love the experience each year.

For now though - I really need to finish my 2007 year end accounting and pay my GST & QST taxes....argh - that is not something I like to do. Much more fun staring out the window and dreaming of California!
