Time to get back on track with my own blog!
Today was such a beautiful sunny day! My oh my! All winter I asked myself why I still lived in Quebec with its harsh long winters - but today - the sun was so warm and the sky so blue, there was no doubt as to why I still lived out here. It's like taking off a tight corset (not that I would know how that really feels - but I can guess) the feeling is so wonderful that you feel it was worth the pain of wearing the corset just for the joy of taking it off. On a day like this, it makes the whole winter melt away (literally!) People are smiling - neighbours are out - life is good! David says the peope are tipping twice the usual amount today - amazing what a little sunshine can do!
Bring on the summer! I'm going to go and check out the barbecue!
