Rain, rain, rain.... I woke up to a dark cloudy and very rainy day, put on my running outfit in the hope that the rain would stop long enough for me to do my run through sheer optimism. Fat chance! As I settled down in front of my desk for an intense accounting day, the rain never even let up. By 5:30, I went down to the basement and cranked out the treadmill for a good 40 minute workout while watching the end of Dr. Phil and the evening news. Thank goodness for the treadmill - I much prefer the great outdoors, but not today!
Keith & I made some homemade pizzas on Saturday and invited our next door neighbors to help us eat them for dinner. They came over with their daughter Laurie, and we had a real good time. I found out that Marie-Josée does wood painting - and so I have decided to convert her to the world of scrapbooking. May not be easy, but I will work at it - very subtly - by leaving my scrapbooking stuff around when she comes over ... I don't know - It will be my "secret" project.
you're too funny ...visiting BJs blog...I taught him well eh?
